Got served by Cody while I was waiting for AEC. We were very stressed and she helped me with probiotics & ID SD. Was very knowledgeable and kind and even gave our dogs some samples (for when they are better) was a really nice gesture considering how stressful it was today. She went out of her way a few times to help me when I was so upset. Thank you Cody. Biggie says thank yew 🐾

Despite us having not immediately found what we were looking for, staff were very helpful and friendly, and we left with exactly what we required. Amazing service, the product choices were extensive and the shop was very clean considering that pets are permitted in-store as well.

Highly recommend this place! Staff were super friendly and helpful. They’ve also got everything you need all in one place; vet, puppy school, grooming and wash stations. With our new little pup this will be our local one stop shop.

I came to Google to express my gratitude for the service I received at Kedron this past weekend and sadly saw the review below from "Harry" and felt compelled to respond. I was being served by a very pleasant woman (Cody? I think) when Harry began his tirade against her and another woman behind the register. Eventually he requested to speak to a manager and she came off her break to speak to him. She was polite but direct, which is better than I was have been as he was incredibly aggressive, rude and condescending to her as she tried to professionally explain company policy. The manager seemed to be reasonable while Harry acted a fool. I was impressed at their entire team of woman who Harry was clearly trying to intimidate. I commend the Store Manager and her brilliant team. Well done in a tricky situation. I love Petbarn Kedron and the care you ways give myself and my dog. Well done, ladies.

EVERY-TIME, and I mean EVERY-TIME we’ve been to @petbarn.kedron (obviously this time was my #ALLTIME #Fave ) the whole team have been amazing to my Hoomans and I …especially my Dog-Dad whose got No idea! Paws 🐾 down THE.BEST.PRICES easily. We’re members so we get emails like currently 20% off this @snooza_pet_products ORTHO DREAM DERP ship🛳️ which was already like 30bucks cheaper than anywhere else! Other than my fave @savourlife fooood 🤤😍🥩 , we must reiterate how lovely, patient, welcoming, supportive, and educational Ri and the the WHOLE Team are. Before we lived in the area and we had been to 4 or 5 other @petbarn … only with “daylight” second, @petbarn.kedron ‘s team is Fantastic #notanadjustafan (copy & pasted in from instagram, just had to ☺️☺️)

Absolutely awesome team, I came in super late the other week needing something to help my dog as he got a tick - despite that they were 10 mins from closing they kept a till open for me and helped me choose the right product! Great staff here, I always make the point to drive to this particular PetBarn
